30 is an on-going series of research improvisations. Each improvisation is 30 minutes. A specific sentiment or notion is determined by the performer(s) and is explored within the 30-minute guideline. Sometimes these improvisations result in multiple perspectives, sometimes they are lethargic and sometimes they go off kilter. The reason for these improvisations is to allow space for reflection and time to shape emotions into feelings linking behaviors and actions within the body.
